Here’s the story… of a house that TV fans can finally experience up close.
One of the most iconic homes in television history—the exterior house from The Brady Bunch—is opening its doors to the public for a limited time in Studio City.
Dubbed “The Brady Experience,” this special event gives fans a chance to walk through a fully recreated version of the beloved sitcom home. Visitors can explore the groovy living room, pose for photos on the instantly recognizable staircase, and even pull up a seat in the bright orange-and-green kitchen. The bedrooms of Marcia, Jan, Cindy, Greg, Peter, and Bobby have also been brought to life, making it easy to relive your favorite moments from the show.
And yes—photos aren’t just allowed, they’re encouraged.
While the original series never filmed inside the real house, the property got a major glow-up when HGTV purchased it for $3.5 million in 2018. The network meticulously transformed the interior to match the show and documented the process in A Very Brady Renovation.
In 2023, the home was sold to Tina Trahan for $3.2 million. Now, she’s opening it up to fans—not just for nostalgia, but for a good cause.
Trahan has shared that stepping inside the home feels like “walking into a time machine,” and she’s passionate about letting others experience that same magic. Even better, the tours are tied to charity efforts, raising hundreds of thousands of dollars over time.
